Paper Screening

The Paper screeners will review and screen all submissions and shortlist applicants for the final step.

Based on their submitted online application forms, applicants are carefully and thoroughly assessed to determine who will qualify for the next and final stage of the selection process, the panel interview.

Panel Interview

We’ll meet the qualified applicants in person before finally deciding on who will participate on the congress.

The final stage of the selection process is the panel interview. The applicants who qualify for this phase are interviewed by a panel composed of Ayala executives and AYLC alumni. The panelists select by consensus who will participate in the congress.
