Eligibility and Qualifications

• • Filipino citizen
  • 18- 26 years of age by July 2022
  • Leader in school and community-based organizations and programs including sports, the arts, and other fields of excellence, expertise or interest
  • Currently enrolled as a 2^nd, 3^rd, 4^th, 5^th year student in an accredited Philippine college or university, but is not yet graduating in AY 2021-2022. Applicants with a trimestral academic year schedule must have at least two (2) trimesters of studies remaining after attending the congress.
  • Has not previously completed any college course
  • Has a current over-all grade point average equivalent to 85% or higher
  • Not more than one failing grade
  • Has never been subjected to school disciplinary action nor convicted in an administrative, civil or criminal case

How to apply:

• • Proceed to ayalayoungleaders.org or scan the QR Code.
  • Click the Apply Now button. You will be directed to the application site.
  • Create an account by providing your first and last name and a valid email address, preferably a Gmail account. A link will be sent to your email together with a system generated password for your log-in credentials. Regularly check your Inbox and Junk/Spam folders for the email notification.
  • Access the online application form using your email address as username and the system-generated password.
  • Accomplish the online application form and attach the required documents. When you’re done, click the Submit button.

• Certificate from the School Registrar
• Certification from the Office of Student Affairs

Accomplish these forms and attach these to your application.

Deadline for the submission of application is on March 13, 2022, 11:59 PM.

Online Application

Qualified applicants will need to complete an online form that will help us gauge their leadership skills and achievements.

Qualified applicants fill up the online forms and submits them. The application form aims to capture an in-depth profile of the applicant’s leadership, academic and non-academic achievements, and volunteer involvement.

Paper Screening

The AYLC will review and screen all submissions and shortlist applicants for the final step.
Based on their submitted online application forms, applicants are carefully and thoroughly assessed to determine who will qualify for the next and final stage of the selection process, the panel interview.

Panel Interview

We’ll meet the qualified applicants in person before finally deciding on who will participate on the congress.
The final stage of the selection process is the panel interview. The applicants who qualify for this phase are interviewed by a panel composed of Ayala executives and AYLC alumni. The panelists select by consensus who will participate in the congress.
