The application is the first phase of the selection process. Applicants will encode their personal
information and school details. Required documents are to be attached before submission.
Eligibility and Qualifications
- Filipino citizens, aged 18–26 by January 2026
- Leaders in school or community-based organizations and programs, including sports, arts, and other fields of excellence, expertise, or interest
- Has led and/or participated in initiatives that promote positive change in their communities, schools, or the environment
- Currently enrolled as a junior college student in an accredited Philippine state, local, or private college or university
- Have not yet completed any college degree
- With a general average of 90% or its equivalent (approximately 1.75 on a 1.0–5.0 scale or 3.25 on a 4.0–1.0 scale), with no failing grade at the time of application
- Models integrity, discipline, and excellence in their conduct and service
- Have no disciplinary record and no pending administrative, civil, or criminal case
- With effective communication skills and a commitment to lead for impact and inclusion
