Self-nomination is the first phase of the selection process. Applicants will encode their personal information and school details. Required documents are to be attached before submission.
Eligibility and Qualifications
Filipino citizen
18- 26 years of age by June 2024
Leader in a range of school and community-based organizations and programs including sports, the arts, and other fields of excellence, expertise or interest
Currently enrolled as an undergraduate tertiary student (upon application, has completed at least one full school year in college but is not yet in his/her last year) in an accredited Philippine state, local, and private college and university Applicants with a trimestral school year schedule must have two (2) trimesters of studies remaining after attending the congress
Has not previously completed any college course
Has a current over-all grade point average of 85% or higher with no failing grade.
Model of integrity, discipline, and excellence
Has never been subjected to school disciplinary action nor convicted in an administrative, civil or criminal case
Effective communication skills

Go to ayalayoungleaders.org and click the Apply Now button. You will be directed to the nomination site that will enable access to the online nomination form.
Create an account by providing your first and last name and a valid email address. A link will be sent to your email together with a system-generated password for your log-in credentials.

Accomplish and scan the two above-mentioned documents. You will attach these along with your transcript of records (TOR) or certified true copy of grades when you submit the nomination form.
Access the online nomination form using your email address as username and the system-generated password. Accomplish the online nomination form, attach the scanned copies of all the required documents, and submit online.
The online application system will no longer be accessible and the nomination form can no longer be submitted past the deadline.
Check your email for confirmation that your nomination has been accepted and is ready to proceed to the application phase.
Qualified applicants fill up the online forms and submits them. The application form aims to capture an in-depth profile of the applicant’s leadership, academic and non-academic achievements, and volunteer involvement.
Based on their submitted online application forms, applicants are carefully and thoroughly assessed to determine who will qualify for the next and final stage of the selection process, the panel interview.
The final stage of the selection process is the panel interview. The applicants who qualify for this phase are interviewed by a panel composed of Ayala executives and AYLC alumni. The panelists select by consensus who will participate in the congress.
